So I turn 21 this year and I am very excited! I have planned an all out 2 day event. The first is the evening that I turn 21 at midnight at a little bar downtown near NYU, it's a pretty chill scene but I would like to still look fashionable. So I am presenting you all with 3 pieces from american apparel (one of my favorite companies) to help me choose my outfit for that night. Now of course it is winter in NYC so black tights will or course be in order, and I will probably wear brown high healed boots. (its a lighter brown and don't worry I like mixing black and brown) So these three dresses are all pretty laid back and comfortable, t-shirt style dresses. So I'm going to go with the one on the left, and I'll tell you why. As you said previously, you are about average build with modest breasts, and as you're knowingly getting drunk, you don't want to give anybody the wrong idea by going with a plunging neckline. Now the shoulders give a bit of a temptation without actually showing any of the good bits. Now the blue one may actually provide some functionality due to the warm neck, but you ultimately have to decide what you want, this is just my opinion.
